Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

This policy is drafted in accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations, ensuring the protection of both customer and merchant rights.


1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are delivered within 7–10 business days from order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours before shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


2. Right of Withdrawal (12 Days )

In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 12 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the return is not due to a defect or store error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Extended Satisfaction Guarantee (Up to 30 Days)

We offer an extended return period of up to 30 days from delivery in cases of verified manufacturing defects or product faults.

In such cases:

  • The store will cover return shipping costs

  • The customer may choose between a replacement or full refund


4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal care products once opened (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

These exclusions are in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.


6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, please contact us via email and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective)

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


8. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped for a full refund without any fees.


9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In case of disputes, the relevant Saudi authorities shall have jurisdiction.
